While the incident is resolved, the communications can be sent to the email denuncias@aica.es or present itself through General Electronic Registry of the General State Administration (REG), addressed to the Food Information and Control Agency, O.A., así como mediante las restantes formas de presentación previstas en el Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
