Thanks to this online service you will be able to fulfil the obligation to register their food contracts and modifications, annexes and additional information, subject to the regulations on the protection of personal data and competence, in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 bis of Law 12/2013, of 2 August.
El Royal Decree 1028/2022, of December 20, which develops the Registry of Food Contracts lays down the measures necessary for the fulfilment of the obligation laid down in Article 11.bis of the Food Chain Act, which states that food contracts concluded with primary producers and producer groups must be entered in this digital register.
