Publicity of sanctions

In accordance with what is established in the Article 26 of Law 12/2013, of 2 Augustmeasures to improve the functioning of the food chain fall within the competence of the General Administration of the State to impose penalties in the cases provided for in that provision, so that it may impose the penalties provided for in article 24 of the said Law.

In the exercise of such punitive jurisdiction and in accordance with the provisions of the Article 24 bis of Law 12/2013, of 2 August, AICA, O.A. publish on its website the sanctions imposed by the General Administration of the State by serious and very serious infringements from the moment that such sanctions are firm in administrative or contentious-administrative proceedings.
