MEMORIES

PLANS
The Action Plan currently in force establishes the strategic objectives that govern the activity of AICA during the period 2026-2028. This Plan is specified in Annual Action Plans that make it possible to quantify, for each annuity, the fulfillment of the planned goals. Consult its contents in Plans of the Agency.
REPORTS

Information of legal relevance
AICA has no competence to prepare normative texts (legal or/and regulatory). Documents that must be submitted to public information or consultation are disseminated through the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
AICA can adopt interpretation criteria and make recommendations for the best fulfillment of the obligations it oversees.

SANCTIONS
In the exercise of its punitive jurisdiction and in accordance with the provisions of article 24 bis of Law 12/2013, of 2 August, AICA, O.A. It publishes on its website the sanctions imposed for serious and very serious infringements by the General Administration of the State from the date on which such sanctions are firm administratively or contentious-administratively.

MENGÍBAR
AICA owns the property of this property located in the Geolit Technology Park. It is located in the town of Mengíbar and is one of the two headquarters, together with the offices of Córdoba (rented) that AICA maintains outside Madrid.
