INFOLAC is the Unified Information System of the Dairy Sector in Spain and aims to centralise and organise information from the dairy sector, including cow's, sheep's and goat's milk. It allows to register all contracts between buyers and producers, as well as those mandatory monthly and annual declarations on deliveries, sales and production of raw milk and dairy products.

Regulatory regulation
- Royal Decree 319/2015, of 24 April, on mandatory declarations to be made by first buyers and producers of milk and dairy products from cows, sheep and goats.
- Royal Decree 153/2016 on compulsory declarations to be made by the manufacturers of packaged liquid cow's milk.
- Royal Decree 95/2019, of 1 Marchestablishing the conditions for procurement in the dairy sector and regulating the recognition of producer organisations and interbranch organisations in the sector, and amending several royal decrees applying to the dairy sector.
