How do I access the service?
To access it, you must fill in and sign the following access request form (click on the link to download it):

Note: Remember to send the form to the email address listed inside the form.
Once the request is approved, you must follow the instructions in chapter 3 of the following manual in order to obtain credentials for access to the testing and/or production environment of the Services API.
