Under this regulation, in the Register of Movements of Olive Oils and Olive Pomace (REMOA) it will be mandatory that all natural or legal persons that have facilities and have the status of holders of olive oil or olive pomace, as well as the recipients in the case of imports, attach to the computerized system REMOA the corresponding analysis bulletin or assimilated document for all movements of olive oil and olive pomace in bulk registered in said system.
In addition, at the time of receipt of the oil at the destination establishment, the new holder of the goods must confirm the receipt of the oil in the REMOA system.
Finally, in the case of the transport of olive oil or olive pomace in bulk to third countries or other Member States, as well as to other industries other than the olive oil and olive pomace sector, it shall be responsible for notifying the REMOA system, the holder of the olive oil and olive pomace at the time of the shipment of the oil.
